01. Agreement Scope

Proprietary

All content, including but not limited to proprietary data vision algorithms, forecasting scripts, graphical representations, and localized Japanese market analysis, is the exclusive intellectual property of EastVisionData.
- No portion of our forecasting models may be reverse-engineered or scraped without written consent.
- Commercial redistribution of our verification reports is strictly prohibited under Japanese intellectual property laws.
Operational Liability
While our forecasts utilize high-fidelity data, the Lab provides information on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee market performance or investment outcomes based on our analytical output.
User Conduct
Engagement with our interactive tools requires ethical compliance. Any attempt to disrupt page integrity or bypass security layers will result in immediate termination of access rights.
Data Integrity
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update data streams without prior notice to maintain the accuracy and fresh vision of the Japanese market landscape.
Jurisdictional Governance

Termination Protocols
EastVisionData reserves the unilateral right to terminate access to the domain for any user found in breach of these conditions. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will cease immediately.
